In March 2018, DEAL commissioned to ITS studio the development and design a Straddle carrier.
ITS designed the mechanical and electrical part.

In March 2019 the machine has been placed in service.

Landing walkway draft study

ITS Studio is specialized in the design of lifting accessories as simple or motorized spreader beams.
The design includes the engineering calculation note and the use and maintenance manuals drawn up according to the CE

ITS Studio not only deals with lifting equipment and special machines, but also, since March 2018, it has undertaken a renewable energy project by designing charging columns.

In September 2018, Calzavara entrusted us with the development and design of a mobile communication tower.

We designed the mobile communication tower trailer meeting all the specific client’s requirements and suggesting improvements for a safer and more functional machine.

In June 2018, we provided, for an important company, all the cranes’ basic designs for the lay-out of a new steelworks in Perù.

In January 2018, ITS has signed a partnership contract with Sinergie Spa for lifting cranes maintenance and other services.

In December 2017, ITS studio has revamped the Sincrotrone klystron service crane.

The revamping consisted in replacing the control equipment and the electric machine board.

In September 2017, DEAL commissioned to ITS studio the development and design of a Finishing Platform used in Roskilde Link High Bridge, Denmark.

ITS designed the mechanical, electric and hydraulic systems and supplied DEAL the use and maintenance manual with the documentation for the CE marking.

In July 2018, ITS made the machine’s commissioning.
